When it came to the install Chris clearly knew his stuff and was very considerate even down to his indoor footwear (slippers). Fitment was very fast and our new shutters look amazing! He even took our old blinds away for disposal saving me a job.

couldn't be more happy with our new shutters! we have been putting these off for years because we were so worried about the amount of companies offering them but the service we received from Kent bespoke shutters was amazing. when rob came for the initial meeting to discuss designs and measure up it didn't feel like a big sales pitch. he was very patient while we went over all the options available and gave plenty of great honest advice. although slightly delayed (about a week) we were kept informed and rob couldn't be more apologetic when he came to fit them. were fitted and gone within an hour and respectful of our home leaving it spotless when they left. thank you again and will be recommending to anyone who needs shutters.
