This was certainly the case with Kent Bespoke Shutters. We used Hillarys for our bedroom a few years back and the finish was very poor and there were some scratches on them too. Hillarys completely ignored all our communications so we decided to go local when fitting the majority of the rest of the house this year and so glad we went with Kent Bespoke Shutters.

Excellent service, a great product which was better than other local companies at a slightly lower price, and excellent service and communication throughout.
