Delighted with the shutters I ordered. From initial contact to fitting, I was very impressed with the company and the installation went without a hitch. I have already had a neighbour compliment on them and they were only installed a week ago. The initial consultation was informative and comfortable with no pressure and the opportunity and friendliness to ask as many questions as was needed.

I was kept well informed throughout my wait time and the wait was well worth it.

The installation of the shutters was hassle free with no mess being left behind.

The end product is better than I imagined and I am so pleased with how the shutters look. They are a perfect finish to the room.

KBS have recently installed shutters throughout my home and I have been incredibly happy throughout the experience.

Rob originally came to measure and discuss options. He was informative, knowledgeable and patient in talking us through all the points.

We were kept up to date throughout the delivering process and understood the timeframes throughout.

The shutters were installed today and are better than expected. They look absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with the product.

The installation was done with minimal mess and the installers cleared everything away with them.

I cannot recommend KBS enough.
We had 4 quotes for our shutters and they were the best value yet quality and materials used for the shutters was a much higher standard than other companies.
Rob came and measured our windows and showed us samples with no pushy sales. He was extremely patient as I am a very indecisive person and he answered every question I had honestly and very professionally as he knows his products well.
We waited a little longer than expected for installation but was advised at the time of placing the order that this could possibly happen.
Communication from KBS is excellent from start to finish. From a very detailed quote for each shutter to then paying me back an overpayment I made in error!
We are extremely satisfied with our beautiful shutters and the difference they make to the rooms is amazing.
Explanation of mechanisms and how to look after the shutters was all explained.
Rob even went one step further for us and siliconed a couple of badly installed windows to neaten them up.

KBS are not only value for money but are an honest, hard working business that know their product well and can recommend the best options for your home. We will not hesitate to contact them again to install more shutters once we have renovated our downstairs rooms.

Kent Bespoke Shutters finally fitted my new shutters today to my frontroom & front bedroom bay windows. After a nearly 19 week wait from ordering. To be fair, that wait wasn’t their fault, the suppliers of shutters nationwide are all suffering backlogs due to the pandemic, fewer workforce etc, so whoever you’re ordering shutters from, be prepared to wait.
From the initial home visit, KBS were professional, not pushy, no gimmicky sales techniques...just lovely straightforward running through the designs, colours & mechanisms. No hidden costs. Cost includes the fitting & all their shutters are hardwood & not MDF.
Rob fitted the shutters in a few hours. No mess & the shutters look amazing.
Can thoroughly recommend Kent Bespoke Shutters for price & quality. We were quoted nearly double for similar style shutters from a local company & they were for MDF shutters.
