I ordered a junior cricket bat. The price was good, and it arrived the next day (paid for) and was well packed, but the bat was clearly an ex-demo. The labels are a bit tatty, the base protector starting to unpeel, and the white/grey handle very clearly marked from dirty oily hands. This is a birthday present for my son, so not best pleased.

Purchased some shoes from them to pick up the same day. When I arrived I was told the shoes were not actually in stock and they would issue a refund immediately. Still waiting two weeks later. Contact is slow and pointless. The phone number doesn't actually put you through to anyone just an automated service. Will not be using again.
