He had a few questions about my order since I needed to make some adjustments, and I couldn't be happier with how attentive he was.

This outstanding service really made a difference! It saved me from potential disappointment and the hassle of returns, which is such a relief.

At first my order was delayed a few times which happens. However the communication I received was first class! I was kept up to date and given the option of a refund if I couldn't wait any longer. I bought a coppersmith creations bath from brand new bathrooms, communication was excellent and it was a pleasure to support this company.

Delivery was a little later than originally anticipated but this is to be expected when importing.

I still need to plumb the bath in but the quality and packaging were excellent .
