I ordered from Oenart order said it was delivered, but I never received order. Reached out to customer service and they just sent me a confirmation that it was delivered to my address. I will never buy something from here again they don't care about their customers. So my son never received his order I got for him and I'm out the money I paid and no product from them. Not even we are sorry or let us make it right just a shame

I bought two paint by number kits, but accidentally ordered one as a diamond painting. They said they changed the order to only the paintings, but I still received the diamond painting, along with the 2 paintings I originally wanted! They were super helpful and incredibly sweet when I made the mistake, and were quick to fix it. I’d love to return the diamond painting as I didn’t pay for it, but it’s also a great opportunity for me to try it out. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I will 100% be a returning customer. Would love to see some pokemon paintings as well :)
