"Amazing Customer Service"

I took a chance and got the buy 3 get one free deal! I absolutely love the quality of the paintings. There was a warehouse error and one of my paintings was not sent and I received one I did not order. However their amazing customer service team responded to all my emails in a very timely matter(even though it was a holiday) they sent me the painting I wanted. Shipping will take the usual amount of time when ordering from overseas but still arrived just in time for the holidays!! Thank you Oenart for such an amazing customer service and being a company that truly appreciates your customers!

But arrived today safely and a beautiful framed canvas waiting to be painted well worth the wait can't wait for granddaughter to paint her art piece very well made
