Booked round trips tickets for Trinidad from NYC, needed to adjust my flights dates and they would not accommodate when I called the airlines directly they said the tickets for bought for $75 and is non refundable or changeable call the booking agent, had to purchase a whole different reservation did not use my purchased tickets and was not refunded the $650 I was charged
