I am very disappointed.
Takes a long time to heat up and no circulation of air.

"Poor customer service experience"

HSD Online's customer service is very poor when you have a issue with a product. I bought a Sweet Dreams electric throw via Amazon. It stopped working, and they replaced it very quickly (more to do with Amazon's T&C's I think). It has stopped working again (it's not the fuse), and they have just said hard luck!. The replacement throw was received in January, put away, and then brought out in November; it has barely been used. I think they sell cheap Chinese rubbish and don't seem to care.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Great communication when I had a problem. Lady I spoke to sorted it immediately no fuss, and sent out a replacement. Highly recommended company.
