If I could give 10 stars for HSD Online customer service I would. I needed a replacement controller for a Super king electric blanket which wasn't shown as available to purchase on their website. I contacted HSD via their chat to see if one they had advertised would be suitable. It wasn't, but Peter offered to send me the right one free of charge. It arrived less than 24 hours later. To say I am delighted is an understatement. Fantastic customer service - I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you

I bought one of these overdoor heaters last year, and thoroughly enjoyed it over the winter months. It puts out a wonderful warm draught of air: I just turn it on entering the room and off when I leave, so can't evaluate the ease of programming. Sadly, it has given up heating and just blows cold air. I contacted customer service and without a quibble they replaced it, the new unit arriving the next day.
A really good unit, and very good value for money.

I am a pensioner and my electric blanket I had from this company, one of the controls failed. I got in touch with a manager Mr Peter Meir on an email. I told him my problem and he sent a new controller out to me for free. It arrived the very next day. What a lovely company. He took a lot of stress away wondering how I’d keep warm at night.
