"Everything went well during my…"

Everything went well during my experience with Resume Professional Writers. I had purchased their Premiere package which includes posting your resume to 25 different job boards. This kind of fell through the cracks and was not completed. I forgot about it just as much as they did but these things do happen on occasion. I brought it to their attention and they promptly refunded my money for that portion of the service. The resume and letters were very professionally formatted and did help with my career search. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will be a return customer if I should require any resume or correspondence letter in the future.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. The fact that it took you greater than 20 days to get my CV/resume ( which was just a resume) completed and the Linkedin profile done is appalling. The LinkedIn
profile is exactly the same as the resume. There is nothing to work out. The quality of your work speaks for itself. I will now have to hire another company to start over. Furthermore, you refused to refund my money. I will make sure that I post this review, so everyone can see it. I would post your actual work product, but it has my private information on it.

Very professional, did a fantastic job on my resume. Still waiting to update my LinkedIn profile but I'm sure I will be satisfied with that as well. Resume looks good and has been well received by potential employers. Interviews have come as a result.

I got the information about Professional Resume, from a friend and I was skeptical at first. But when I went online at first a got to chat with a representative right away that makes me feel comfortable with the company and also given out my information. This company is very professional as they said and I'm very happy with my Resume, and will recommend them to all who need to get there Resume done.

The final is great and quick email message responses. They got started right away. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is I had used this company Many years ago and we were able to converse on the phone. Now it seems that part of the service no longer exists. I did provide my number for discussion and only got notes in resume. I personally would have preferred to discuss so we knew we each were on the same page and my thoughts were relative in today's market.

"Comprehensive CV"

I wanted a CV that would help me to make the transition back into academia, but not into teaching. I was a little afraid that the CV would be sparse because I do not have a lot of academic experience other than teaching, and the only training I have towards my desired career is from an online training course.
Turnaround was rapid with first draft being sent to me within a few days after I sent the initial information, and a 1st revision was returned after only 1 day. My CV only required 3 minor revisions before the final draft was completed.
The writer took my information and created a comprehensive CV that I look forward to sending out.
The only negative is that the writer did not respond to my messages with answers to my questions, which made me feel as though I may have been either talking to a robot or that the writer was simply refusing to communicate with me.
