"Let’s be honest to you they started off…"

Let’s be honest to you they started off good would I buy from them again? No chance never I’m about to get in contact with them. They sent me the wrong order. The right order. I paid the extra full amount. This is what some companies do. They decide what to send you hoping You’ll just suffer it to think me and my pals was going to do a large order. Thank God we never they may as well take me off their list, cause we will never be going back very upset about this

"Product not for for purpose "

My product was all clumpy and unusable. I contacted them to try and come to a resolution. They asked for some photos so I resent the photo I had already send as well as some more. Also send the batch number and expiry date. They then replied with some nonsense about confusion over stock with a picture of a product being out of stock.
Very confusing and awful customer service.
I have requested a refund we will see how that goes

"When opening a package I had bought…"

When opening a package I had bought from mysupplementshop, under all the saftey packaging was a blue note that read “free gift”. They have gifted me a free shaker shaker bottle😁 great little gift that will make me keep shopping here. Also much quicker delivery than I expected. Great products and service 🙌🏼

"Poor customer service"

Edit: Chris contacted me directly and provided great updates on my package. I am happy to have the information and retract my previous statement. They mentioned they are changing to a better courier system soon so hopefully it alleviates this issue for future purchases.

Poor customer service. My package has been lost in transit for over 2 weeks. I tried contacting the company multiple times through different methods and have received no response. I am disappointed because my first order went so smoothly, but this one is no where to be found. I wish I could just get in contact with someone so we can track down the package and find some resolution.

"bad customer service"

Until now,after 1 month, I have not recieved my other, the company works to slow to solve the problem for me. Although the company knows the parcel lost , and not my fault, the company still not send me another one for replacement.
