Sadly this is one of those annoying companies that list an item as in stock, take your money, then cancel the order 4 days later.
If you don't have the stock to hand then for Christ's sake don't have it showing as in stock on the website. It just makes you look like fools.

I placed my order which included 2 boxes of Grenade. I opened my parcel today to find the Oreo box has a best before date of 01/2025 and the box of white chocolate cookie expires 02/2025. I mean, you have to be joking for sure, I've received these bars on the 05/12/24, for goodness sake, I haven't even got a much time before they are out of date.
Note: After having an email first and then a reply, I have looked on the website and, yes I can see the expiry date. However, when I'm out to buy a product my expectation is to receive a product with a longer date. The only time I ever look at dates when shopping is when I'm considering fresh produce, which generally has a short date. When I go online shopping I don't look for dates, I look for the product I wish to purchase and pay. And yes, running a business is no small achievement and there's recognition for your employees for going above and beyond. This I understand as I work in the sector who are visited by Ofsted each year and maintaining high levels of care are essential 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This produces not only the initial care, which is unconditional, but the additional reports, paperwork which are an expectation to be at the highest standard.
As for making contact before a review, I was unhappy with the product and not the delivery. Yes, I see the date now. But at the time, I simply go to the product and pay.

Placed the order over £100 and opened the perks. However they are promise delivery within 48hrs and ive got my order after 72hrs. Check the orders when delivered and i saw one of the perks are missing and i have contacted them regard this matter.Poor guy was telling me you have got A shaker for free anyway, That was part of my order and has to be with my order or notify me about it. they are trying to scam you somehow.
Never getting back here and i return the order due to missing item.
