Found the customer service brilliant! I couldn’t get the fit right on the jacket I had initially purchased etc. The service was as such that I didn’t want a refund and I was so in love with the quality, sooo they actually got the factory to make the size I wanted.

High quality products with great fits(you got to make sure its the right fit for your body type). Customer service is responsive and helpful.

Only thing is exchanges can add to the cost if you don't nail the fit the first time. Especially because some of their styles are more boxy and some are more slim. One of the difficulties of online so it's not really their fault. And side note if you buy their seconds....the duties can get expensive hence they offer good discounts but still would be nice. These are nitpicky points so 4.5/5

Lucy has been fabulous and advised not to worry about the size, took my measurements and got the jacket collected and a new one will arrive within days.

Customer service is key when things rant always 100% right first time.

I recommend to anyone these jackets are hight end and the service is fail safe as such if your not happy.

"Their sizes come up really small!!"

I bought 2 coats from them, one for my son for Christmas and one for myself later. They were both too small, despite me phoning and checking sizes with a staff member and both had to be returned. I don’t think we should have to pay £5 each time for a return when their sizing are not accurate. The Warrior jacket is fabulous but the sleeves are really narrow and you probably need 2 sizes bigger than normal!

I love my new Bronx Shearing Jacket from Boda Skins. When I put it on it’s like having a big fluffly teddy bear giving me a hug. I was going to have a diamond eternity ring but decided I would have more pleasure and enjoyment from the jacket.
I could not wait to wear it. I went to Sam’s chop house in Manchester for a pint & sat next to Lowery!
I can honestly say it is a beautiful jacket which will be my go-to jacket when it’s cold outside
