Ordered contacts and was sent the incorrect perscription. Even though the order was expedited it took over a week and a half to arrive. I called to return them and get the correct prescription and was sent a 10 day supply to use in the interum. 2 weeks later I called (as was again out of contacts) and was told that my return was recieved but the replacements had not been shipped yet. I asked how long (as I had paid for the expedited shipping) and they told me that it would be 8-10 days to recieve them. I cancelled the order and ordered them from another retailer. 10 days later I called back to find out why I did not recieve a refund on my CC. Was told that I did nto ask for one... Then was told that there is a 25% restocking fee even though they sent me the incorrect prescription. I will never order from this company again..

I have ordered contacts a couple times from here and have always had a good experience, but this last time when I ordered I wasn’t paying attention and ordered regular contacts and my prescription is for astigmatism. The next day there was an email telling me there was a conflict between my order and my prescription. They changed my order for me so I didn’t have to get the wrong order then have to return and wait longer to get my contacts. Will continue to order from Webeyecare thanks
