"HORRIBLE"
I ordered from this company yesterday - April 11, 2018. I do not have eye insurance for this year and wont until 2019. I submitted my prescription and apparently it was expired. I did not know that. However, I sent over my doctor's information yesterday at 3:19 for their company to contact my eye doctor. I called today at 11:00 and spoke to a lady named Mary (the same one who emailed me). I work in customer service myself and have for the past 4-5 years. She does not need to work for a company like this and speak to customers the way she does. I asked her how long this process would take to verify and she said she didn't know. Also, when I asked her if my doctor does not approve this, what do I do? She said I would have to respond to an email and say to cancel the order....? My question is - if my doctor does not approve this, is this company going to just keep my money and not send me what I paid for? She was extremely rude, and if the calls are recorded (which they SHOULD be) you can listen for yourselves. Never in a million years would I treat/speak to someone like this women did.

This was first order with Webeyecare. I had previously used ‘discount contact’ companies. I was very pleased with the low prices and quick service/shipment. I will order here from now on.

Awful experience. First mistake was my own, I signed up with the wrong email. I sent 3 emails about the mistake before I got a snarky message back, the email they sent me explaining the issue had gone to my spam folder. After we got everything sorted out it took another 3 weeks to get my contacts. When they did come they weren’t even labeled as to which eye they went to. Every other company I have ever gotten contacts from has labeled them. Next time I’ll spend more money and get the else where.

They messed up my order for contact lenses that took 4 weeks to arrive. Now I have to wait another 4-6 weeks to arrive. I haven't heard from them. If possible I would recommend you try other places to buy your contacts.
