"False pricing"

This company advertises false low pricing to get customers via Google search but then adds a random processing fee at very end of checkout process so that final price is actually higher than most other online contact lens stores. Really disappointing and does not NOT foster good feelings in customers such as myself.

I ordered the Acuvue contacts for Astigmatism for my daughter. The prices were the first thing which attracted me to Web EyeCare. This site had the cheapest prices of any other retailer that I could find. Secondly, they had her exact prescription in stock. The contacts shipped the same day that I ordered them. We received the contacts within 4 days and upon using these contacts, my daughter was very pleased. She said that she could see clearly, and did not have a need for rewetting drops! She was a happy camper and so was my purse!

I have been ordering contacts from Web Eye Care for several years now, and have always received high quality lenses. They take care of obtaining my current prescription from my doctor, and I do not have to wait long for them to arrive in the mail!

WebEyeCare isn't the cheapest online, so I went to another site and after two weeks of hassles and no contacts I canceled my order and came back to WebEyeCare. I had my order the very next day. I'll never use a different site again.

"Not a good first impression"

I tried to order from them. First I have to re-enter everything I wrote on their form about me and the contacts I need just because I made the mistake of using a non alphanumeric character in my password the first time I put something in. (They didn't say not to and of course using non alphanumeric characters is the way to make your password more secure.)
So I reenter everything and they give me a total due -- Yes, there is no shipping fee but there is a $13 "processing fee."
Sorry, I don't care to deal with a co. that's misleading from the start. Bye.

"Huge hidden fee added at checkout"

I found really good prices on contacts at google shopping but when I clicked through, added the items to my cart and went to checkout they tried to add an $87 fee.

"Loyal Customer pay more / bad customer service"

I am a returning customer. I went straight to Webeye care website to order acuvue Oasis for Astigmatism and I pay $30.99 per box (I bought 4 boxes) plus $12.95 shipping. A few days later I happened to look around online to find out that if I search for Acuvue Oasis, Webeye Care is selling it for $23.20 per box plus free shipping. So basically I paid $44.11 more. I called customer service hoping I can cancel the order or get refund due to my finding, the customer service rep I spoke to said the $23.20 per box plus free shipping is for new customer only. I told her it does not say that on the website but she does not care and she told me I cannot cancel my order since it has been in the process of shipping. I will not buy from Webeye care again.

I've been a completely satisfied Web Eye Care Customer for several years now and have no intention in purchasing my contacts elsewhere. My last order #947973 was placed on 1/3/2017 and came only a few days later. The process is quick and easy every time :)
