"They don't deliver what they promise"

First, they put a lower price on the lenses just to compensate it on handling and shipping costs. Second, they sell a "1-day delivery" that takes 4 days. Third, when you call complaining, the attendant is rude and doesn't solve your problem. Terrible, I'm definitely not coming back.

Inferior. They are not the same as the ones I got at the eye doctor as a sample. They say the same prescription but are not the same.

if u ask to talk to a manager , they just pass u to the girl sitting next to that person and says the something as her friend with a attitude.

I have used this site before. This first time I was sent torn lenses. I contacted the company about this issue but my please were ignored. I tried them again after a year. This time the lenses were fine but it took a month to get my entire order. I'm not sure if I would use this company again.

Always happy to have a no hassle experience online especially when ordering something that needs to have a prescription faxed or verified. Quick, easy and the price was right! I don't think I should have to pay a small fortune to see for a year, so I always look for the cheapest price. I usually order from a different company that has comparable prices, but I decided to give this company a try and I am glad I did!
