No customer service. I waited on line customer service 40 minutes and was disconnected. Nothing on their site was working. Click on anything nothing happens. I have not been receiving the text message to alerts on buy sell signals and receive email alerts too late .
. I would like a full refund on Insider , Fire trades and Alpha trades. The web site is very old and not easy to navigate.

Is this a scam? I just listened to the full very long advertisement from Ross Givens; but because the ad stated $5 for the subscription with bonuses, I hesitated ordering online with no personal communication, hence my calling the ph no given in the ad. Further research on the Internet advised me the ph no given in the ad is the same on all the Internet searches.
Please advise what's up?

Customer support got back to me quickly and I was able to do the initial login when url wasn't working
