"A complete scam artist, stay away"
This is an update. I've been asked to provide additional information. I've given enough information to expose this so-called service as a scam, but I have lost money on every recommendation this fraud made, despite following everything to a T. In addition, this fraudulent service makes stock "buy" recommendations, only to be followed by a "sell" within 24 hours, AND, I don't receive timely recommendations, despite having paid for this fraudulent service. It needs to be investigated.
I signed up for two of his services that I can only describe as full scams.
On his lectures, he shows what appears to be very successful trades and throws in a losing one or two to make himself look legitimate, but it's all a scam, because he issues buy and sell orders where he reverses the buy within a day or two and he completely removes these losing trades from his list of trades, which, of course, makes it look like the majority of his trades are very successful.
Of course! When he removes every trace of his losing trades from his history of trades, leaving only the few that were positive, he looks extremely successful.

I made a mistake when I was signing up to the traders agency and accidentally double build myself on my credit card. I emailed customer service and literally within the hour they responded and explained everything would be fixed and sure enough it was!

My issue was taken care of immediately. I accidently canceled a service (fat fingers). When I noticed I called customer service and the person there took care of my issue.
