"Terrible"

Terrible. Total scam. I joined 3 weeks ago. SO far I lost $1500 I paid them plus 300$on 3 different losing stocks he suggested and zero gains. I don't understand how these people still have customers. I can understand occasional losing but not "ONLY LOSING" AFTER PAYING 1500. I regret joining him

Been in Insider Effect and Alpha Trader since May of 2024. I spent $4000 on these programs and have yet to break $2000 in unrealized gains. Realized losses, on the other hand, are significant. Most of the suggested trades stop out quickly and still others fail to appreciate much. Initially, the weekly meetings were informative, to a point, but thereafter have been repetitive sales pitches that make lofty promises. I think Ross makes his money on fees not stocks. The only benefit has been learning a bit about trading, but the cost has been intolerable. In reading the five-star ratings here, I see that most are customer service related. No one is raving about how much money they’ve made. Don’t waste your money with Ross. I also bought it on Steve Turley’s recommendation. I’ll be emailing him next.

I made the mistake of making purchases using more than one of my email accounts. This caused a log-in issue for me. I emailed a request to sync my account under one email and it was addressed quickly and in terms I understood! Thank you so much!

My request for customer support was answered promptly and fully to my satisfaction. They were helpful and provided the support in answering my request as needed. The Traders Agency itself was also a great value for the information they provided. I would highly recommend it.
