"Using Twitter - a training session"

I have just attended a training session on Twitter led by Esther Partridge Warner. It was just excellent! The training was well paced, accessible, matched exactly to our needs. The session was full of great tips, advice and creative ideas that showed a real understanding of our organisation's objectives. We are confident that there will be a huge impact upon our social media use as a result of today's session.

As a social media novice I attended several workshops with Esther at Online Media Works - both face-to-face (just before lockdown) and several one to one sessions on Zoom. Her approach feels very personal and she is very good at adapting the training to what you need. Nothing is too much trouble and Esther's support and help after the sessions or chats - which for me is often when i remember things I wanted to ask - is fantastic. A very, very useful person to know

I had tried to sort my social media with other people and it always fell flat. I didn't really understand or grasp what they meant. Saw Esther at Online Media Works and it seems to fall into place.

I really enjoyed the Instagram workshop. Esther really helped me to understand how to maximise my use of it and helped to set up the BIO link. I already had an account so needed further information to move me forward with it and Esther did not disappoint. Esther gave time to everyone as a group and also individually offering advice and support at every turn. I would highly recommend Esther for your social media learning programmes. She also supplies great cake :-)
