"I placed an order in August and I have…"

I placed an order in August and I have yet to receive anything. I've been sending emails to customer service and all the have are excuses. They claim Covid19 has delayed shipments but that is rediculous as other American online shipments have made it to my door in a timely manor.

Stay away from this company!

I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.

"Fraudsters"

Fraudsters! They are taking money for items they do not have, this is wire fraud. We have contacted the states Attorney General and they are beginning to investigate these felonious criminals. Enough!

"Don’t buy from this place!"

Don’t buy from this place!. They take too long to response when your asking for a refund. That’s not all they have the worst costumer service saying it will take 15 days for my refund to process and will charge me a freaking fee!.

83 days and counting. Still no shipping info. Only responses to emails are pre-written templates. AWFUL! WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN!

"Poor customer service"

If I could give this company a zero I would. I made an order 3 months ago on in-stock items and still have not received my item. I have contacted customer service 3 times. They just give me a generic response with promises of doing better- only to wait another month without my package. When I ask for a refund they said they don't do refunds on in-stock items. I told them if the items are in-stock then why haven't they sent it? There are plenty of toy companies that have great customer service. I would highly recommend using another company that respects their customers. As an adult collector it's more of a principle thing. Do yourself a favor and don't give megalopolis your business because you may never get the item that you purchased.

"This place is the worst"

This place is the worst! I ordered something for my son in August. Still have yet to receive it. But they were very quick to take my money for it. And when I send emails to complain it takes 1 to 2 weeks to get a response. And they told me they have to wait to get the new system up and running to be able to give my money back. No Apologies or rushes with this place. They ride on this pandemic excuse. I'm over it. I have already repaid for the toy with another place and got it. No where else seems to be having the same issues this place does. I will never order here again. I suggest nobody else does either. I give it 100 negative star review.

"Shambles"

If you asked me before June I would of happily given them 5 stars. However that was before they have taken thousands of my dollars and not shipped the goods. Then when I asked for my money back because of waiting 3 months and counting they refuse as its against their refund policy to refund in stock items! Hero to Zero.

"I placed an order on 8/2 for some in…"

I placed an order on 8/2 for some in stock items. I was charged immediately. Two weeks later with no update, I emailed them asking for a status. They responded with a story about covid delays, which I accepted. Mid-September, they told me the issues were resolved, and all back orders would be filled within two weeks.

As of 10/2, the items I ordered are no longer listed on their website, and I am still empty handed. Horrible company scamming people out of their money, and hoping you forget about it so they don't have to give a refund.
