due to the recent heavy rain, sewage almost flooded the manhole in 3 of our depot carparks, I was able to get an appointment to get them cleared as they are occasionally smelly drains, very quickly a young man, Alan Yates, who did the work was cheerful, polite and efficient.

For all the negatives that can surround having a blocked drain, i can honestly say every time we have had to call-out @HydroCleansing, we are always so pleased with their treatment of our staff and clients across our sites while getting the job done.

I never feel like an inconvenience and the engineers (Alex Balas specifically) are always in good spirits, putting a lighthearted spin on what we seem to see as a disaster, knowledgeable and respectful to covid regulations while on site.
