totally useless fitted new boiler in wrong place and refused to come back and put right their mistake, they have since been removed from Gas-safe register and BAB, because of many complaints from customers who were left with incomplete installations, they have since gone into liquidation, rectification work was covered by insurance and took 10 months to sort out

Got to bed a 1 am this morning,the boiler these so called gas engineers installed decided to Chuck water out
It now displays the L01 code and does not ignite nor does it reset
Once again I have found myself mopping up water because of these people
These people have ruined my life DO NOT USE these people.I had several quotes off reputable boiler installers and I WISH I had paid for them to install the boiler properly
Ecomfort are horrendous in every way possible,you do not get a free boiler because you WILL l have to pay other engineers to rectify the shoddy and dangerous work they do
You will have to pay for decoration damage and flooring damage
I had to spend hours last night mopping up .My electricity tripped out and the boiler leaked and water ended up in the back of my internet and television rendering both in operable
The boiler was installed in my living room at the back of my television because the surveyor said that they couldn’t put it upstairs in the spare room because of extra work and flue restrictions
Every time I have any issues with thier work I will continue to update my reviews
I have contacted ecomfort but to be honest I do not want them in my property I am now looking at a large bill again for a reputable engineer to sort the problem
I have no gas as I’ve been advised to turn it off,I have no electricity (I am waiting for an emergency electrician to come out ) my washer is on its third load as I’ve used all my towels and blankets mopping up
And to finish me off I’m sat looking at my chimney breast which requires plastering from the last time I had to get someone out to rectify the cock up e-comfort caused

What a great team Mr Faheem Amer and his 2 workers. They came well prepared and explained exactly what was to be done to install our new combi boiler. They worked extremely hard and managed to finish it in a day. Very helpful and polite. They cleaned up whatever mess was made and removed it all too. I would highly recommend this team and never hesitate to use them again if need be. They went through the instructions of the boiler after completion.

Surveyor rude and intimidating. (Cash was his name)
He didn't introduce himself at my front door, only said his name when he was being abusive as he was leaving. " When you leave the Trustpilot review my name is Cash".
He said he had to take photos of the back of my house and garden. When I told him he could not take the photos, I would not give him access. He stated I was being rude and was stopping the survey.
When questioned why he was taking photos of the structure of my property, windows and doors. As this would not be required for fitting a boiler. He said it was part of the survey and none of my business what pictures he takes.
I asked if it was a work or private mobile. If it was for a survey, why didn't he have a work camera, not using a mobile phone. This rings alarm bells.
The manager Gary didn't mention structural photos of my security of my home. I have Whatsapp messages from Gary but not one phone call.
Strange how Gary didn't answer my calls when I rang him after his abusive guy eventually left my house. I left a message telling Gary I was going to call the police, because of the abuse from Cash.
I happen to see about 20 photos of my home. I wondered why it wasn't photos of my boiler.
I told Cash I wanted the photos deleted he sent them to his recycle bin.
He told me he deleted them but they were still in his phone in the recycle bin. I don't have proof they have been deleted. He lied about deleting them so why should I believe him.
I asked to see proof they were deleted, he was rude and abusive, spoke over me, when I said about GDPR, he said it was not relevant. I stated the photos are of my home, so are part of my data, GDPR is relevant.
I believe he was CASING THE HOUSE, TO BURGLE ME.
He didn't like my dogs. As he was going he told me I had too many dogs in my house. Yet I told his office I had dogs. I replied,"It is my home, I can have as many dogs as I like".
When I told him I had camera in my home and outside my home he was not bothered. He continued his abuse me. You would think being told about the cameras he would stop.
He was very intimidating. Guess he thought he could bully a vulnerable alone woman.
I have reported the company and this conduct to the police.
Neither Paul or Gary are answering the phone calls.
If this was genuine company you would think they would want to address this matter swiftly.

"Very unprofessional and left the house upside down"
I used this company under the free boiler scheme, but what a terrible experience! They arrived at 11.45am and didn't leave my house until 1.00am!!!! They left the house in a complete mess and left a badly leaking pipe in the bathroom. I called to report the leak and they said they would send someone out to fix it. Radio silence! I'm now going to have to pay someone else to rectify the problem. Unacceptable to be drilling and banging in someone's house in the middle of the night. All because they didn't want to come back the next day. Wished I'd read the reviews before using these cowboys.

Just got my install done both boiler and loft insulation and im so pleased the team that they have work so hard and get the job done and the results are amazing give u the details of what they are doing, very professional of how they handled it as they also put up with me asking about things so yeah very pleased about the whole ordeal Thank you E-comfort I'm so happy and now can finally have a warm shower !

Did a great job especially as they couldn’t get the old tank out the cupboard. Stayed till it was all done even though it was getting late and they then had a long journey home.
Faheem Amer was very good and would definitely recommend this company.
Had survey done on Tuesday and the lift insulation and extractor fans were done on the Thursday and boiler and radiator done on Friday. Must also say the surveyor was extremely helpful and lovely.
