"Delivery takes a while but great choice"

Coasters took a couple of weeks to be delivered and were in cellophane - a Francis Frith box or paper bag would have been preferable especially for the price. That said the recipients liked them very much and it is an amazing collection of photographs of so many villages and towns.

I was very surprised at the excellent, friendly and helpful advice I received when I raised a query, in particular Adrian was courteous in the way he dealt with this and went way beyond what one has become used to when dealing with companies in the current times. As importantly, I am very thrilled with the quality of the print and also the frame. You may be interested to hear that after showing my brother the map (he lives in Calne, Wiltshire and I made the journey especially to show him) he has asked me to order the framed map for him-so I will be contacting Francis Frith Collection sometime tomorrow.
