"Just one small quibble!"

I purchased two prints, unframed an unmounted, with descriptive titles. The quality of the prints was excellent, and they were sent securely packed, in good time. The only slight quibble I have is that I would have preferred to buy smaller prints (7" x 4"), but unfortunately these can only be supplied on A4 size (12" x 8") photographic paper, which I would then have to trim, in order to achieve a normal white border. To avoid that difficulty, I chose to purchase medium sized prints (10" x 6") instead, which have an overall size of 12" x 8", but cost more, of course. I am surprised that Francis Frith do not offer the facility of 7" x 4" prints with a normal white border. Nevertheless, I am happy with the larger prints.

Efficient rapid service, the only downside was that I had to pay extra customs duty for delivery to France. This could be mentioned when European postal rates are stated
