This pre workout, but for me it’s a daily drinker I can’t go my day without. If for working out light or heavy, being active or just wanting that energy and those delicious vitamins ( which are insanely high and I love) I make sure to drink this everyday. I haven’t drank coffee because of this and prefer Chad Mode. It’s really good, works as mentioned. The deep blue color it has feels like an exotic drink. All the other brand shelf’s I had do NOT compare to this. The taste, the way it makes me feel ( good ), no crash, all mental/ physical energy, honestly a big fan of the B3 in here I always feel it working.
