I have been a David Austin Roses customer for years and I love all of the beautiful roses that I have acquired for my garden, thank you so much! I just received my recent order for this spring and they are safely in the ground. I do have one thing though that was a bit of a disappointment. I had sent a email in early March inquiring about when I might receive my order, but I never received a reply..😞.. I have to say I was a bit surprised. Their was no communication from you, just one day my order just showed up.. I love your company, but I felt very much overlooked. Other than that, I’m a happy with my roses.
