The customer support is very helpful. I wanted to add additional bushes to my pre-order and all went smoothly. Plants are very robust. I am impatient to see the flowers! I like the fact that the plants have a 5 year warranty. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other vendors on line.

Took an extremely long time to arrive Web site( for my zone said feb 25) Some of the roots were partially severed, so The i follow bare root protocol. The only really poor conditioned one is Port Sunlight ☹️numerous broken or cracked roots and canes are withered, you were notified, no sign of life yet😞 Any suggestions would be be appreciated.

Cannot recommend David Austin highly enough. Not only are their roses beautiful, fragrant, hardy and healthy but they have replaced two roses over the past 3 years for me when a couple of my 10 or so roses haven't survived. They stand by their warranty. I've recommended them to two of my neighbors and parents, all of whom are now David Austin recommenders as well!
