"Not the Previous Quality"

Plant of Port Sunlight received had one Grade 1 cane and two very spindly canes. Definitely not a grade 1 rose, a 1.5 at best. Very disappointed after receiving healthy, mature, and robust grafted roses from DA Roses over many years.
