"Used triangle for the first time…"

Used triangle for the first time instead of my regular wholesalers. I ordered 10kg of spruce, delivery was great and well communicated however, my spruce was clearly short I could tell just by lifting the bag. Would like to make clear I wasn't expecting an exact weight ,but 2.5 kg is a quarter of the bag missing. I called and the man who I spoke to apologised and was friendly, asked me to email. I got a quick responseto my email and the remainder of my order was sent out within a couple of days. I did find the email reply a little passive aggressive about not being able to weigh all the bags, I decided I was probably reading between the lines and just thanked them for sorting it for me. This is where I have a problem, half of what was sent out on my second order was of really poor quality, half of it was dry, brown and dead. So in short, of absolutely no use to me . Didn't bother to complain as trying to resolve it in the first place landed me with a load of dead spruce, I just wouldn't bother ordering from them again.

I found this company online after being asked to do the flowers for a dear friends funeral.
I phoned on 3 occasions to chat to Emma, about what I wanted to do, what I may need and also availability and delivery during the latest lockdown.
I was blown away by the help, compassion and knowledge freely given, by Emma, what a lovely lady.
The blooms arrived on time as promised. They when checking the order to send out, phoned me to let me know something had been double ordered I didn’t need it, and they would refund into the bank for me.
The flowers arrived in absolutely top condition and quality, never have I been as pleased.
I wish I could upload the photos of the finished items. I will without a shadow of a doubt use them again.

Triangle Nursery always has a wide selection of fresh blooms and greenery. Even as a non-professional customer who orders blooms for home use only, I am always pleased with the choice, the flat delivery rate, and the fact that I can ask them for advice on particular flowers. The mystery flower boxes are always a pleasant surprise and for me a £50 box will normally give be between 3 - 5 arrangements. The freshness of the flowers is one of the reasons I go back to Triangle time and time again. Once you follow their advice on conditioning I find that my blooms last well past their expected vase life.
