"Excellent Wholesale Flower Supplier"

I have been using Triangle Nursery for a couple of years and have always received high quality flowers and greenery. The website is easy to use and to navigate to find all your floristry needs including sundries. I have recently ordered 'The Mystery Box' which have proved to be excellent value, top quality flowers and greenery and would highly recommend. Also purchased the 'make your own kits/artificial flowers' again great choice and great value. I have also found that if I had a query via email or telephone the staff are very knowledgeable and have always had a prompt reply. Delivery is easily explained and is reliable. Overall I am so pleased to have found such a competitive, helpful supplier and thank all the staff, buyers, packers and delivery personnel for making me feel like a valued customer.

"Triangle is professional and reliable team."

What a professional team at Triangle!
Due to Covid my son’s wedding was off/on and only at the last minute was it allowed to go ahead. Triangle really came up with the goods! The flowers were in pristine condition and delivered exactly when they said they would at a minimum delivery price. The team was able to find some unusual roses at the last minute and answered all my queries in record time( including photos) in emails. The phone was answered quickly and knowledgably. I could not fault them and I have recommended my friend to use them for her sons wedding ( if it goes ahead).

"Ive used Triangle Nursery a few times…"

Ive used Triangle Nursery a few times over the last few years as a floristry student. They have always been lovely, very helpful, and of course the flowers are always beautiful. I always recommend triangle when asked where I buy my products.

"Amazing service and the flowers came…"

Amazing service and the flowers came beautifully packaged and with a note saying what was in the mystery box. The flowers were amazing and lasted a few weeks!

"Excellent"

Triangle provided flowers for my mother's funeral. Because of all the restrictions, everything had to be arranged over the phone. They could not have been more helpful and the flowers were absolutely beautiful and just right.

"Perfect flowers perfect experience"

Triangle Nursery were so helpful giving us advice on making making both a lily of the valley hair Comb and kissing ball for my daughters wedding. We purchased Mystery boxes as well as chosen roses and lily of the valley and Hosta leaves and they arrived so well packed and in fabulous condition. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future and we hope to use them again soon ourselves.

"Do not buy from these crooks"

Do not buy from these crooks. I paid a lot of money for wedding flowers. I was given two week old roses that fell apart the day before the wedding. Most of the roses were a completely different grade to what I had paid for. Some were rotten. They were delivered 3 days before the wedding but fell apart while I was making the arrangements the night before the big day. I could not use half of what I had paid for and could not make the displays I had designed,

Disgusted. Do not buy from these crooks.

"Dodgy product descriptions. Beware."

I ordered 2x boxes of 16 echeveria plants for a clients Large wedding arrangement. My normal supplier was ill and so after a bit of research, I thought I would use triangle. I went onto their website and searched for the plant I needed and spent around £160 on plants. Much to my shock, the plants arrived rootless which was pointless for my client. I was so busy at the time, I had to order from somewhere else and then finish the job as well as others, I didn’t email straight away. I threw the plants away as they were not fit for purpose. After two or three weeks once I was quiet, I emailed them to ask why the plants were sent like that. There was no mention of rootless plants on the product description. I spoke to a lady called Mary, who told me to lay them on wet paper and wait for roots to grow. Little too late for that and we haven’t got all the time in the world. After disagreeing with her and her becoming rather condescending, I asked to speak to someone in management. I was then contacted by mark who said I left it too long for a refund and the plants were now in the bin and said would you buy a tv and then throw it in the tip and then ask for your money back. Rude. I told him I just wanted to know why the product description was misleading. He then pointed out a small print that said (cut), the was not included in the product description nor anywhere near a picture of the plant. Absolutely shambolic. What a waste of money. Delivery time was the only thing I can say I am Happy with.

I have now had three deliveries from Triangle Nursery, the flowers are great and delivery well organised. Will continue to buy from this company as the service and quality of the flowers are both great

"Hugely disappointed."

Hugely disappointed.
Ordered 3 types of foliage for funeral arrangements. Got a call the day they were due to dispatch saying the monstera leaves I'd ordered only came in half the size, under advise I accepted other foliage to make up the difference in price and assured the size actually delivered would be ok.
What I received was a sad and unusable set of floppy monstera I ended up gluing them 2 together to try to firm up leaving me only half to work with, in addition the palms were a bit brown and crispy, the eucalyptus had NO smell and was really dry all the husks were falling off, the replacement greenery was way to tall and boring for what I needed. Unable to use any of it & caused so much inconvenience having to dash about on the morning of the funeral.
I was offered a refund of half the monstera leaves (£8 45) on a £40+ order, said I was not happy, received no further email but just under half the cost of dry crispy leaves were refunded to my account.
