I Give this experience 5 Stars, the site was easy and helpful to use. I will however ask that you never ever use DPD as Courier ever again, as they are completely and utterly useless. I've had to call off my Late Standby in order to be home to pick up the delivery, and those fools at the last minute said they were unable to deliver due to the traffic.
Please be aware that using an atrocious courier could have negative effects on your business, which is a shame as I regularly buy Flight Equipment

"Misleading delivery information"

I paid on a Thursday £8.95 for a 1-2 day courier delivery service to ensure delivery of a gift that was needed for the Sunday. When it didn’t arrive I contacted Flightstore only to be told that the courier they use does not deliver on the weekend. This is not stated on the website. They apologised for the ‘confusion’. When I replied that this was not good enough I didn’t receive a response. I eventually received a refund for the difference in cost compared with their normal delivery but only after I chased them for it.
