When a label marked documents enclosed is used on a returned parcel, one expects it to be read, Had this bene done then I would have received a replacement item as it was requested. "Next size up please." When I called them I spoke to a woman who was in too much of a rush and would not listen to me. She needs a course in Customer Care. All I wanted was the next size up, but was told I would be getting a refund. Now I have lost £5 due to postage etc..

Only frustration is the lack of varied leg lengths - standard seems to be about 34 " inside leg but a choice would be a significant enhancement.

Extremely disappointed with Flightstore. My son wanted the Thrustmaster TCA Officers pack which was retailing at £159.95. His birthday was 30th of November and he was waiting to receive some birthday money from family. Amazon offering the product at £121 through Prime and flightstore had this on a Black Friday deal with 20% off (£127). As a local lad I wanted to pop direct into store and purchase it from them to ensure my community gains business even at the slightly higher price so agreed to go in on behalf of my son. Unfortunately day after his birthday the deal was pulled. I asked if they could honour due to me wanting them to have the business and they just said ‘no all deals have been pulled’. It’s reasons like this that people use alternate methods and why the high street is dying. Shame on you flightstore, a disappointed boy will return from school later today…..
