"Frustratingly poor service"

Very poor Tax return service. Business English is terrrible to the point that verbal comms is not effective.The team are not able to clearly answer tax questions verbally. I'm still awaiting nearly £2k tax refund since Jan 2022! Yes 12 months ago! Error initally caused by DNS

The accountant assigned to me Siddharth at DNS was very knowledgeable and completed my taxes without any stress to me. In the past, I had very bad experience with a number of independent accountants and I was very nervous. Siddharth was very good. He answered all my questions in one single call. He was very polite and patient, and cleared all my doubts despite me being a difficult customer. Thanks to him I have been able to file my taxes correctly on time.
