Stay away from this shitty company. I reserved a car 1 week before just to be sure that when I arrive with my family of 3 children everything to be set. This shit company told me that I have been put on a damn list, they made me wait 1,5h and didn’t turn up. I really don’t recommend this company, stay away!

"Not All In"

The issue I had was to do with the information supplied on the website. I actually did not rent with them. The website says that they do not rent to anyone under 25 Years but it does not say that they discriminate when you are over 80. They ask for your email address, passport number, DL number et al before informing you that they will not rent to you. After filling in all the requested info I received the following message in all caps:
UNABLE//NO CARS AVAILABLE OVER 75 YEARS OLD.
It's obvious that they are cherry picking in order to offer cheaper prices to some renters.
I told them that if they didn't fix the website home page to inform of this discrimination in three days I would write this review. They replied that the age info was available somewhere in the FAQ's. That response was not acceptable and so you are seeing this rating. All In Car Hire should change their name to Some In Car Hire.

Rented a car from Allincarhire in Málaga. Excellent service, very helpful and the car was very good for the three weeks we had it. Pick up from and back to the airport was very efficient. I would recommend this company and would certainly use them again in future.

So happy with the ease of pick up and drop off , was apprehensive about off airport car hire but this was perfect.
Polite staff and easy collection and drop back on return .I have already booked again for next month , can heartily recommend and as quick as on airport companies. , my new car hire of choice in Malaga , new cars and great prices

"can not fault all in car hire"

can not fault all in car hire, collected from Malaga airport and was driven to their yard 5 mins away, car was waiting for me right outside the door and i was in and out within 5 mins, no upsell and friendly staff, returned the car at 04.00am and again perfect, shuttle bus was waiting for us in the pouring rain! Highly recommend!

"Nee, zij verhuren niet meer aan ons..."

Onlangs hebben we voor de 4de keer bij AllInCarHire een auto gehuurd. De auto die we kregen was zeker niet degene die we besteld hadden, de auto was oud en zeer vuil! Bovendien was de benzinetank zo goed als leeg. Hij stond nog op 2 blokjes. Dus zijn we overeengekomen dat we hem zo ook terug moesten binnenleveren. Wij waren net (+/- 10 minuten) vertrokken en de auto gaf aan dat de tank leeg was, hij stond in het rood, geen blokjes meer. Dus zijn we bij het eerste benzinestation gestopt en hebben getankt. Maar hier ging het helemaal mis! Bij het voltanken (80€) zag ik na een tijdje dat er iets mis liep. De benzine vloeide langs de onderkant van de wagen volledig weg! We hebben AllInCarHire gebeld en na 3 kwartier kwam een mecanicien langs. Die zei dat het onze fout was, dat er niets mis was met de auto!! Ik zei hem dat we niet meer verder reden met deze auto en eisten zijn wagen op, wat na heel wat discussie toch lukte. De tank van deze wagen was ook zo goed als leeg dus die hebben we ook moeten voltanken (totaal 150€) Bij het terugbrengen van de wagen is er na een grote discussie ons amper 40€ terugbetaald! Telkens wij in het verleden een auto huurden, brengen wij deze volgetankt en netjes gepoetst terug naar AllInCarHire! Wij vinden het dus een schande dat zij de eerste tankbeurt van 80€ niet volledig hebben terug betaald! Deze firma verhuurt enorm veel wagens en dit groeit hen een beetje over het hoofd, als de auto's allemaal verhuurd zijn dan krijg je een oude, versleten én zeer vuile auto en niet diegene die je 6 maanden op voorhand al besteld hebt. Nee, aan ons verhuren ze geen wagen meer!

We rented a car October 2024 directly from allincarhire.com/ website and all was perfect, we got exactly the car we reserved, no deposit, exactly as described in the website. defiantly will use the same company each time we are in Costal del sol, excellent customer service.
