I’m 5’10” and weigh 145. I ordered a size 8 dress for a wedding from simlydress. Vavoom! This dress fit perfect. The length hit right at my knees and it hugged my curves in all the right places. It’s jas pretty as pictured and made very well. The dress arrived within a week of my ordering it. Loved the details to the packaging. It came on a hanger with a clear bag over it. There was a note in the bag with my name wrirtten out.
I will order from Simplydress again.

"Rush Shipping is Misleading"

When I ordered the dress I selected rush 3 day shipping. We ordered the dress on Tue., so logic tell me it should have arrived on Friday. I even received an email on Wed. that said, "shipping notification - shipped! Again, logic would say that means the dress is on its way, not being processed. When I called customer service and even spoke with the manager they would not refund my $17 for rush delivery. They indicated it states that after you order it, the next day the order is process and does not count towards the shipping days. So was this stated on the website, yes, after you clicked into the site....but come on....I think this is VERY misleading...the email should have then said, order processed, then another one when it was actually shipped. Very poor customer service! They even admitted that others have called with this same complaint.
