AMAZING. I am so in love with this dress I could wear it over and over again. It has sparkles that shed a lot, but other than that it is so wonderful. Stretchy enough so don't worry too much about sizes. Love it so much.

"Quality and Customer Service is a concern..."

I experienced a few problems over the past few weeks with this company. I was so disappointed!

Please see below:
* My daughter sent me an email with the dress $50 cheaper 1 week before I purchased the dress. I reached out to customer service to see if they would match the price and it was denied. Although it states on their site they match competitors prices.
* I received a 25% coupon a few days before I purchased the dress. When I tried to use it, the coupon code was denied. Not once did the coupon state it was on select merchandise.
* I purchase the dress because my daughter loved it ( Paid FULL price $250) and the straps on the dress broke after wearing for 1 hour for pictures with friends. She could not wear the dress to homecoming after all.... So Upset!
