Updating my review to give a better explanation! I ordered a Christmas Eve box and the product doesn’t match the image on the website. Having used the company multiple times before I had expected the same quality as before, but instead received an item which was very pale and therefore I couldn’t see the engraving. I contacted the company hoping they could resolve the issue (with a different box, as I really did want the product!) but I was met with a lack of understanding, claims I “simply didn’t like the item” despite me being a repeat customer, and finally rudeness suggesting I don’t order again! This could have been handled so much better, and I am not just upset, but also very disappointed, and slightly intimidated!

The website was really easy to use, was notified to say they had received my order and then to say it was being despatched, when the letter arrived it's absolutely beautiful and very real my little girl is 8 and asked me the other day if Santa is real so I'm hoping with this letter it will give her a bit of Christmas magic back can't wait to open it in December and see her face
