We instructed Rhys to carry out a level 3 report on a flat in a converted period property

He talked me through the whole process before he did the survey and then called me straight after to discuss his main findings over the phone. When we got the report itself we were really impressed with how professional, comprehensive and informative it was. I have since had a follow up call to discuss questions I had, although these were minimal because of the detail already provided in the report

I felt all along that time wasn't an issue and it was no trouble to go through queries etc

The whole process has been really helpful to us as buyers and I would definitely use Rhys again if I was buying another property. I have no hesitation in recommending his services
