The report arrived promptly by the date promised and Rhys was available afterwards to answer our questions. This call afterwards was the most helpful aspect of the survey as it allowed us to understand his limitations and common sense recommendations that are not always available.

He took the time to explain any issues that he found as he found them, and also sat down with me at the end of the survey to go over what he found and what would need to be undertaken to resolve them.
