I have been with Insureon for more than 10 years. I have been unable to speak to a live agent. Everyone that I have spoken to put me back on the main menu, and nobody picked up or returned my call. All I wanted was an updated certificate of insurance, I have been unable to get one and correct an incorrect address. This will be the last time that I will be renewing my policy, as your customer service stinks.
