I have contacted insureon each year to update my office I moved from over 3 years ago but yet it stays on my policy. So frustrating to have to update this each year. There are mistakes in both policies that I have to take time to try to correct and then follow up to make sure they are corrected.

I was trying to connect with a local insurance broker that I know and trust, and since that broker is owned by the same parent company as Insureon, HUB International, the website directed my online quote request to a random agent across the country. The policy was not set to the right parameters for my business and Insureon did not take the time to help me configure the policy. When I finally connected with my local broker I was informed that the quote is locked by insureon and in order for me to proceed with my local trusted agent, insureon would simply have to release the quote so that my local agent could serve me. Insureon refused to release the quote out of spite, expressing that they should get the account since the quote routed through them (in error), not my trusted local partner. Now I am held hostage until the quote expires, preventing me for operating my business for 30 days. There is no customer service department available and my attempts to contact the company all send me back to this agent who is acting in bad faith. He has refused to release the quote after I kindly explained the mixup, expressed that my livelihood is on the line and pleaded for this quote to be released. I would never do business with Insureon after this.
