Customer service is lacking. It seems like the whole business is led by one individual who organises sales, customer service, delivery etc. I was expecting the delivery of our sofa quite quickly as it said on the website it was in stock. It took at least three weeks. The sofa is nice and okat quality. I wouldn’t say it’s any better than Dunelm. Overall, disappointed. Wouldn’t buy again.

"Rubeza refuse replacement of damaged basin."
Broken, cracked marble double basin. Delivered promptly but only recently opened box as was stored amongst other items in conservatory for bathroom install. Marble was cracked right the way through. Phoned customer line and they refused replacement, citing we waited too long after delivery (6weeks - we were also away on holiday for several weeks). We do not want a refund we want replacement. The basin is still in the box, way too heavy to be lifted out. UK government consumer law states entitled to replacement of faulty goods within 6 months and if beyond 6 months customer has to prove it was damaged on delivery. We are clearly within the legal requirement for replacement. Looking at reviews this is not an uncommon problem with this basin. I am hoping they can rise above and give customer satisfaction and consumer confidence. Awaiting response.
I think the response below says it all. The delivery team dropped off and box was unopened. Handling was done by delivery team and not by me. Refusal to replace defective/broken item is against UK consumer law. Their email response to me even worse.
They are now threatening to sue us for false claims. Simple issue of replacement of damaged good, not asking for refund or cancellation. I hope someone from UK office (rather than overseas handler) responds in a more pragmatic manner. We spent over 2000 pounds on this. I do not want to keep updating review with the back and forth - so will only post final outcome after this. Fingers crossed.

Poor poor service.
Sofa is squeaky, the seat has completely collapsed and is now basically a giant crater. I’ve contacted Rubeza about 10 times and I keep getting fobbed off by Ferkan. He isn’t bothered, kept telling me different dates etc etc I have all the emails, eventually they started ignoring me so I stopped bothering.
Poor company, poor quality, overpriced items. Paid £1,200 for the sofa it isn’t worth anywhere near that.
Would not recommend and will never ever purchase from them again.

"Fantastic service by Rubezza"
Fantastic service by Rubezza, and Forkan in particular. We purchased the Sofia range of sofas. Beautiful and stylish. Arrived on time. However there was a defect with the sofa. Forkan exchanged the sofa with a brand new set at no extra charge. Amazing service and customer care. Highly recommend Rubezza. Will definitely get future furniture from Rubezza

"Do not use this company"
I initially had issues with my sofa delivery a couple years ago, with them delivering late and sending the wrong sofa. Now I am having more issues with another order. I have been waiting 4 months already, got told the order had been cancelled and now after chasing have been told it will be another 8 weeks due to container issues. They have said that I might have been notified but their emails may have been broken, which is clearly a lie. I don't trust this company, their customer service is shocking, their service is shocking.

The compensation offered was woeful. I’m waiting as patiently as possible, but not expecting to get this in the time they have quoted.
