"Fantastic quality, speedy service"
Really delighted with my sofa, it was higher quality than I expected, the best value for money I've found. It's very comfortable too, not too soft or firm, much nicer than the big high street shops where I originally looked. There was slight issue importing to Ireland due to Brexit, but Rubeza sorted this out immediately, and they delivered 2 weeks faster than predicted. Very happy customer

"Bad bad bad!!!!"
We ordered our sofa on the 29th of November 2021 and we’re told that the delivery would be in two weeks. Two weeks pass and no sofa. A few calls later and we were told that only part of the ordered had arrived and would I like to accept delivery. Never in my life have I known anyone to accept half an order especially a sofa. Months went by and the same message of your sofa will be here on this date but that date came and passed. 4 weeks ago I received an email to say our sofa had arrived and the delivery team would be in touch to arrange delivery between the 10th and 23rd of May. No call, no email or text arrived. I called Rubeza who gave me a phone number that just goes straight to answer phone. Because of the dates they gave me I got rid of my old sofa. I received a message last night saying delivery will now be between the 4th and 15th of June 2022. Am sorry but that’s just not good enough. Stay as far away from this company as you can!!!!! Over 6 months waiting on a sofa and chair. Customer service is terrible and half the time only contact via email!!!

"Waiting almost 6months and still no sofa.."
Ordered sofas in January 2022 and delivery was expected by April 2022. As we approach June 2022 there is no delivery date from this company and they have given me very poor excuses about why my order is not with me yet. Firstly because the vessel is delayed after confirming to me that my sofas had arrived in April. They then said it’s a system error and it has not arrived and is expected on 7 May. You would expect that once it’s received in 7 May, they would be arranging delivery asap given the delay caused by their company but even as we approach June they have made no effort to deliver my sofas and now blame their delivery company for causing further delays. I don’t believe that my sofas have even arrived and Beth at customer service is the most inconvenient person to be dealing with. We had driven all the way to Dudley from Manchester to see the sofas and reassure ourselves that this is a legitimate company but they have let us down massively. I have no idea if my sofas have even arrived or when I will be getting them. When questions are asked they constantly say the delay of the vessel or the delivery company is not under their control.
This company has caused me so much stress and we are still waiting to hear from the manager who does not have the courtesy to explain himself or resolve the issue.
I would never shop with Rubeza again - avoid at all costs.
* Update *
After leaving this review, Rubeza emailed me to say that my sofas had not arrived to the UK (after confirming several times it was received on 7 May). They have confirmed that the vessel is due on 1st June and delivery will be on an unconfirmed date after 4th June.
I have cancelled my order.

Great service. Placed an order on 23rd of April and sofa arrived on 1st of May. I kept receiving updates with my order all the time. Arrived on the scheduled day with just 1 h delay(Curtis Home Delivery). Very pleased with my sofa Grass Green 2 seater Scott. No damage, very comfortable and good quality.

"Terrible practise."
Terrible practise.
Having found a sofa I liked, asked a few questions of the company online, these were answered quickly and I was satisfied. Then I became ill. Three weeks later when I went back online, I found the sofa had increased in price by £150!
Because I had the name of an employee from previous communication, I explained my circumstance to her and asked whether they'd honour the price I had been given. At first, this was refused and I was told, "The price already has been greatly reduced" which was clearly NOT true. Fortunately, I had taken a screen shot of my sofa choice before my illness. Once I explained that I had proof of the price, they eventually said they'd honour that price! So I ordered.
And that's the last I heard from them!
Despite numerous emails to them, requests on the help line and telephone calls they are completely ghosting me.
Easy to agree to any price if you didn't intend to fulfil it. What a complete bunch of jokers.
