"Sheets and duvet cover recommended"

Bought the sheets and duvet cover, unfortunately the pillow cases were sold out but will definitely be purchasing when they’re back in stock.
The sheets and duvet cover are just noticeably nicer to lay in than what I had previously. Hard to describe exactly but just feels more pleasant

Really comfy mattress got the essential mattress worth the good reviews and good customer service had delays and a wrong email sent to me so I rang them and they apologised and sent me free sheets

Only have some bedding purchased to go on my bed, so far they have been very good. Recently purchased a pair of the Glow lamps, which have been a surprise and are a welcome to the bedroom.

"Impossible to contact customer service"

I placed my first ever order with Casper after being recommended them by my son. TheIt website said that my products would be delivered by UPS within 3-5 days. I was then advised by UPS that my order was to be delivered 3 days ago, it wasn’t, then it was due yesterday and it didn’t turn up. I don’t know where my order is. I tried to call UPS but no luck, I tried to call Casper using their customer service number and it was a message stating that they are not offering this phone service anymore. I tried emailing and messaging them but received an automated response saying to call the same customer service number that they no longer have in use. I have been unable to get in contact with anyone from Casper and their website still says to write or call using that same number.

"Total lack of communications - don't believe website 'in stock' and promised delivery times"

The order process and delivery was shocking. The website said the mattress was in stock and delivery within a few days. So we ordered for my daughter a week before we were due to move house. A week later, we've moved and still no sign of a delivery, so I contact Casper. I am told that they are actually out of stock of the item they advertised as being in stock, and that it would be around 2 more weeks before I could expect to receive it. Well, I ordered it as my daughter was upgrading to a double bed in our new house, which is why I ordered it BEFORE moving. Had I known it was out of stock and going to take that long, I could have sourced an alternative. The customer rep updated the delivery address to our new house, but offered no real apology and didn't seem to care much. I then got UPS delivery notifications for the following Tuesday, then an update to say it would be Thursday, but then it actually turned up on the Tuesday... just a total mess from beginning to end. If you don't have stock and you're going to miss your advertised delivery times, YOU should contact the customer as soon as you can to explain, instead of doing nothing and waiting for the customer to contact you.
