"Good mattress."

We have been using the mattress for about 10 days and it is very confortable.

"Far too hard."

Good company to deal with but the mattress was far too hard to sleep on. "Which" say it is a 6 out of 10, where 10 is the softest.I dread to think how hard a 1 or 2 is if they think this is a 6.

Great pillow, very comfortable and since the first night of using it woke up without a stiff neck or headache. Would definitely recommend.

"Leider nicht Mein Kissen"

Leider bin ich mit dem Kissen nicht zufrieden. Bewerte auch erst jetzt um eine Testphase zu haben. Das flauschige liegt sich sehr schnell platt und wird hart, dadurch habe ich ständig Ohrknorpel Schmerzen. Hierdurch ist man gezwungen mitten in der Nacht das Kissen wieder aufzuschütteln. Auch musste ich durch diese Problematik mehr auf dem Rücken schlafen wodurch ich massive Nackenbeschwerden bekommen habe, da der Kopf zu sehr abgeknickt wird. Der Versuch, nur auf dem Innenteil des Kissen zu schlafen war leider nicht bequem.

"Nach der Hybrig nun die Casper-Erlösung!"

Nach 2 Monaten probeliegen auf der Hybrid Matratze, habe ich mich entschlossen diese wieder zurück zu senden und dafür eine Casper zu bestellen. Die Hybrid verursachte Rückenschmerzen und keine guten Nächte, da sie mir einfach zu hart war. Nun liege ich seit ca 4 Tagen auf der neuen Casper und merke bereits jetzt wesentliche Unterschiede in meiner Schlafqualität! Ich habe kaum mehr Rückenschmerzen und schlafe wirklich besser. Sie gibt eher nach im Becken- und Schulterbereich als die Hybrid mit ihren Federkernen. Hoffentlich wird das auch so bleiben!

"Quality disappointment"

I purchased a pillow only 10 minutes ago and another one few weeks ago. The difference is unreal as the one purchased last year has lost all of its comfort. Understandably this one was used for nearly a year but for £60+ I cannot believe the cushioning is in this state. Very disappointed

Had just recently moved to a new house when the COVID19 lockdown hit. So the delivery of another bed + frame that I had already ordered from another company was delayed on two occasions while I slept on a borrowed air bed while waiting for this company to come through with the delivery. I was worried about ordering a mattress without being able to test it out for myself first, but in the end I got tired of waiting for the other company to come through (and got tired of sleeping badly on the air bed) and ended up asking for a refund and ordering from Casper. The only negative thing I'd say is that the mattress that I ordered had a small, difficult to notice, statement on the website indicating stock issues and that there was nearly a month's wait for it. So, it came as a surprise to me once I made the purchase and received the email stating delivery dates massively different from what I was expecting. All it took was a call to customer service and they fixed it for me. Got the mattress in the expected time frame and it ended up being a better mattress than I expected.
