Easy to order, great explanation of the products and I decided on the hybrid double mattress topper. Delivered on time as per the notification texts, and was easy to unwrap with the instructions for use the next day (it needs to expand and flatten)

Bought this mattress topper as our bed was quite hard and uncomfortable but since fitting this mattress topper it has transformed our bed and it is now lovely and comfortable and we get a great night's sleep great product highly recommended. Only downside was courier was told to leave in a safe place at rear of house but dumped it on the doorstep in full view of passers by luckily it wasn't stolen obviously not your fault

"Fantastic bed linen and customer experience "

My son has a skin condition and bamboo bed linen was suggested as an alternative to the cotton we usually use. The quilt covers and pillow cases are sublime to sleep with. Beautifully packaged and promptly delivered. An alternative colour had to be returned. The customer service I received to help me do this was outstanding.
