This is the first time I have used Panda and so far I have been really impressed. The pillow I ordered arrived within the expected time, well packaged and is of great quality. I had been experiencing bad neck and shoulder pain on my left side which did not improve with a different new pillow. I was amazed that just after the first use, I was so much better and this has continued. I hope the longevity will be as claimed. It does have an odd smell to it but this is getting better with use.
